  • advise you in the choice of legal structure most appropriate to launch your activity in   France.
  • create and register, in extremely short time, the legal entity of your choice, SARL, SAS , SA, SCA, SCI, Branch, etc. which will host your operations in France.
  • take care of your company secretariat and keep your compulsory legal books, such as shareholders’ minutes, board minutes, share register. Drafting all board reports and proposed resolutions. Calling shareholders’ meetings, notably the annual meeting for approval of accounts, drafting the minutes, liaising with your Commissaire aux Comptes (public auditors) if you have an obligation (depending on size/type of your entity) to appoint one. File all required documentation with the Court of commerce and publish company information if required.
